Opioid and Substance Use Resources

In 2018, the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department received funding to help combat the opioid epidemic our community is facing. The funding is being used to increase the number of providers in our area who provide treatment, help reduce the stigma associated with substance use, and provide education and support to health care providers, community partners, and residents.

Below you will find information on a county-wide opioid taskforce known as Partners 4 Substance Use Prevention, Narcan and Narcan Training, the most current version of the St. Lawrence County Mental Health & Substance Use Resource Guide, safe medication disposal sites, and more.
