Children and Youth Single Point of Access (SPOA)
Children and Youth Single Point of Access (CSPOA) is a centralized referral system for children (ages 5-17.9) with serious emotional disturbance who need intensive mental health services to remain at home or in their community. CSPOA refers children and adolescents to high-end intensive community services such as Health Home Care Management, Non-Medicaid Care Coordination, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver, Family Support, Community Residence and Residential Treatment Facility. Based on the child's identified needs, CSPOA will make referrals to the appropriate program.
